1. Type of Transport

Delivery time: Orders are shipped out within 72 hours of placing the order. Urgent orders cannot be delivered during holidays.

Orders and shipments

All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 3 days.

If there is any delay (such as product availability issues at the warehouse or logistics delays), we will inform you in a timely manner via email.

Orders placed during holidays will be processed within 72 hours after the holiday period. For urgent orders, you may contact us via email, and we will do our best to process your order as soon as possible.

During transportation, we will monitor the shipment and provide you with the shipping method and tracking number once the order is dispatched. If any issues occur during transit, we will notify you promptly and arrange a solution.

We will continue to track your shipment until it is successfully delivered.

The logistics companies we commonly use include:
XPO Logistics, UPS Ground, AAA Cooper, R+L Carriers, Roadrunner, and TForce Freight.
We do not support customer-designated logistics companies.

2. Shipping

We provide free standard shipping (curbside delivery) within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Our primary market is the United States, and we currently do not ship outside the contiguous United States.

Free shipping covers delivery to your address at curbside only. This means the carrier will deliver the item to the nearest accessible point outside your property.

If you require additional delivery services—such as liftgate service, scheduled delivery, or indoor placement—please contact us in advance. These services are not included in free shipping and may incur additional charges depending on availability.

3. Update order delivery

If you need to change the delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact us via email. We will update your order details and ensure delivery to the correct address.

If you wish to cancel the order or change to another product before shipment, please contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.

Update the order in transit:
If you request an address change after the order has been shipped, please contact us via email. We will coordinate with the logistics provider; however, changes may not always be possible.

Alternatively, we may provide you with the courier’s contact details so you can communicate directly with them.

We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping information before placing an order to avoid any issues.

4. The item never arrived (lost in transit)

If you have not received your purchased product, please contact us.

We will investigate the issue with the logistics provider. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange to reissue a new product for you.

We will ensure that you receive the product you purchased.
